First non-spoilery thoughts: A few obvious departures from the book, but nothing as severe as in Prince Caspian (as far as I can tell). The ship is gorgeous. Love the lilies in the Silver Sea. Ben Barnes actually looks his age with a beard! Reep almost looks like he's got a goatee! And I still think Will Poulter looks almost exactly like the Pauline Baynes drawings (just with lighter hair and freckles).
