If you've been getting random comments with a YouTube link, especially one regarding a supposed government conspiracy in Portugal (or maybe Brazil)? Apparently it's not just spam but also a really nasty rootkit virus. You should be fine as long as you don't actually play the video, but do delete/ban/report ASAP so others don't get snared.
I've had six of these so far this week--two each on [livejournal.com profile] sarosefics, [livejournal.com profile] exppc (!), and [livejournal.com profile] j2_nextgen (!!). I've deleted them right away because I could tell they were spam--thank the Lord that Hotmail includes a preview image of any YouTube link contained in an email!--but I figured y'all would want to know just in case one gets past me or they start showing up on your own journals/comms.

ETA: There's a post here with a growing list of known spambot accounts, along with suggestions of how to report them to LJ.
