Some random news...

Pat Robertson has lost his seat on the board of the National Religious Broadcasters. It's mostly because of the wacked-out political things he's said of late, but the story casually mentions that he's attended only one board meeting in his thirty years as a board member "due to his extensive schedule"(!!).
I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before he gets kicked out of the group altogether. And while I don't want to wish anyone ill, it can't be too soon for me, 'cause I'm REALLY tired of people assuming that I think like him because I'm an evangelical.

I don't remember what my last update on Mikey was... he moved to a rehab facility for a few weeks, but now he's home--and back online!
And G's nephew-to-be is home and doing well. G hasn't said anything more about him lately, so I'm sure no news is good news.
Prayer request for me, though... I have an interview for a teaching assistantship on Tuesday.

One more week till Spring Break....
