Just realized I've been in the LOTR fandom--not just being a fan, mind, but doing things like writing fic--for twelve years.
And MFFC has its fifteenth anniversary in May.

I feel old. :D

I still follow "Sentinel" fandom and we had 20th anniversary. *shrags* so what? i am still young! ;) And we will not talk about how old is original Star Trek fandom if we don`t want to feel older yet. ;)

Considering that I've been a ST:TOS fan virtually my entire life and still remember how excited I was when TNG was announced... yeah, let's not and say we did. :D
